An excerpt from this week’s newsletter, in case you missed it…
One great way to boost your power and confidence is to know yourself.
That’s why writing a list of your talents is
the first step in charisma coaching.
Know what you’re great at, and what doesn’t come so naturally to you. These strengths and weaknesses come from your personality, your genetics, your experiences, and your desires.
When you know what your strengths are,
you know what you can offer others. You know how you can help and you know how valuable that can be for others. Acknowledging your strengths allows you to focus your time on doing these things, expanding your expertise, and becoming the best in your field.
And when you know what your weaknesses are,
you can take action to make a difference. You can hire or partner with someone who is good at that stuff. You can delegate those duties that you don’t like doing and that you’re not that good at to someone else. This will free up your time immediately, because these are usually the most time-consuming parts of your business (or your life in general). That’s why charisma coaching teaches us to really focus, and acknowledge what we’re great at.
Hand the work you’re not suited for off to someone else, so you can focus on the things that make you special. These are the things that will set you (and your business) apart, and make you money and friends. Remember, you have the power!
Love, CarolAnn
